What started this journey?<\/h3>\n

The importance of domain-branded emails became painfully clear to me when I was providing IT services to small and medium-sized businesses.\u00a0 One day, the CEO of a non-profit organization reached out in a panic after having to fire a key staff member.\u00a0 This employee had worked with the organization for about five years, and the company needed to\u00a0 secure the free email account used by that person.<\/p>\n
